Do you have a passion for creating engaging, exciting visual experiences? Can you spot type styles with the naked eye? Do you have a desire to make everything pixel-perfect? Then you might just be the Digital Designer Intern we are looking for.

What will your day look like?

As an Intern Digital Designer, you will work side by side with our talented designers learning to create CRM projects for global clients, gaining a thorough insight into their businesses.

You will create content in various forms with tasks that include:

  • Creating content assets for set templates within existing design guidelines
  • Advising on design and visual identity of content used in direct marketing channels such as emails, SMS, apps, paid and social media
  • Dazzling everyone with your GIF animations
  • Visualizing strategies and ensuring a cohesive visual experience
  • Sparking an interest and increasing the engagement of more than 100,000 end-users every week.

Who are you going to work with?

As a member of the Experience Communications & Design team, you will work closely with senior designers, communication strategists, copywriters, data scientists, tech developers and project managers to brainstorm ideas and create exciting experiences.

You will interact with interesting and kind colleagues in a setting that prioritizes collaboration and camaraderie. We come from diverse backgrounds and have unique skill-sets, so you’ll get plenty of opportunities to learn and apply your expertise.

What do you bring to the table?

You are down-to-earth and enjoy fast-paced work environments. You can fit into a tight-knit team, while working independently on multiple projects at the same time – with team feedback and involvement. With your organized and detail-oriented approach, you play an active role in projects, from initial idea generation to execution and approval.

In addition, you are:

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications/Advertising, Design, Fine Art or equivalent program
  • Familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD and preferably Adobe After Effects as well
  • Interest in creating video, preferably from filming but at least with editing and post-production
  • Good at adhering to guidelines, but also good at seeing and seizing opportunities
  • A pixel perfectionist with a creative mindset – even within more restricted frameworks
  • Interest in working in a high-paced environment, delivering beautiful, flawless and innovative content
  • Always staying in touch with the latest software and trends in digital marketing
  • Social, open and enjoy working with many different colleagues and projects at the same time.
